21,060 new COVID cases registered over past 3 days

Some 21,060 new COVID cases were registered in Hungary from Friday to Sunday, increasing the total number of cases recorded since the beginning of the pandemic to 960,844.
The death toll rose by 304 in the past three days, reaching 32,171.
The number of recovered patients stands at 825,775, while the number of active cases increased to 102,898.
A total of 5,286 patients are currently hospitalized, and 519 people require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,999,516, of whom 5,774,158 have already received their second vaccination. About 1.594 million people have already received their third vaccination.
