A total of 74 patients died yesterday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 30,994.
The number of recovered patients rose to 801,690, while the number of active cases stands at 46,408.
Some 3,172 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 350 of them require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,958,890, of whom 5,740,424 have already received their second vaccination. About 1.243 million people have already received their third vaccination.
