Some 83 COVID-infected people died yesterday, bringing the total number of deaths to 39,517.
The number of recovered persons is increasing, currently standing at 1,124,945, and the number of active infections has decreased to 100,247.
A total of 3,335 patients with coronavirus are hospitalized, 316 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,268,108, of whom 5,986,342 have already had their second vaccination and 3,184,580 have already had their booster jabs.
