World Bank Puts Hungary 2023 GDP Growth at 0.5%

The World Bank forecasts Hungary's economy will expand 0.5% in 2023 in its latest Global Economic Prospects report, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The forecast was knocked down from 3.8% in the previous biannual report, released in June.

Hungary's government assumes a GDP growth of 1.5% for 2023.
