UPC launches mobile internet service on Vodafone network

Cable company UPC, in cooperation with Vodafone, has launched its mobile internet service in Hungary, CEO Betzalel Kenigsztein announced at a press conference on Tuesday.

Mobile internet, which is available from Tuesday, will be cheaper for existing UPC customers, Kenigsztein said. They will initially launch data services and will offer voice services at a later state, he said. UPC is using Vodafone's grid for the service.
