About 41% of microbusinesses and 57% of small businesses would like to apply for European Union funds in the 2014-2020 funding period, according to a recent survey by guarantor Garantiqa Hitelgarancia, Hungarian news agency MTI reported today.
The survey, conducted late last year, showed 46% of microbusinesses and 50% of small businesses that won EU grants in the previous funding period spent the money on assets.
The state holds a little more than three-fourths of GarantiqaĘźs shares and Hungarian financial institutions own the rest.
