SME investment sentiment declines in September
Only 55% of SMEs in Hungary are planning to make investments in the next twelve months, down 5 percentage points from the previous quarter to the lowest in six years, a survey conducted by K&H Bank in September shows.
K&H polled 700 businesses in the survey about their investment expectations.
About 57% of agricultural businesses plan investments in the next twelve months, the largest portion of the SMEs polled.
Most investments concern IT developments, but their number also dropped 5 percentage points since the previous quarter.
