Pawnbroker fined for using lottery to advertise

Financial market regulator PSzÁF on Friday has fined pawnbroker Orex-Zálog Záloghitelező HUF 5 million for making use of a lottery in advertisements. PSzÁF also cited the pawnbroker for failing to display annual percentage rates in its advertisements. PSzÁF noted that it had fined pawnbroker BÁV-Zálog for breaking rules prohibiting the use of lotteries last year.
