Mol to cut pump prices from Wednesday

Hungarian oil and gas Mol Nyrt, the country's major distributor of fuel, will reduce retail petrol prices by Ft 6 per liter and the retail price of diesel by Ft 5 per liter on September 13, the company announced on Monday.
Mol said the change means a drop in the average retail price of fuel to under Ft 280 per liter both for petrol and diesel, although prices may vary by up to Ft 15 at different petrol stations. Explaining the measure, the company cited a recent decrease in international crude oil prices.
A week ago, Mol cut its pump price of petrol by Ft 10 and that of diesel by Ft 3.
