Hungary PMI 52.2 in November

Hungary's seasonally-adjusted Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) edged down to 52.2 points in November from 52.3 in October, staying over the 50-point threshold that signals expansion in the manufacturing sector, the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management (Halpim) said on Friday, according to a report by news agency MTI.

Among the PMI sub-indices, the new orders index fell but was over the 50-point mark.

The production volume index also decreased but was over 50.

The employment index rose but indicated a contraction again.

The delivery times index climbed but stayed under 50.

The gauge of purchased inventories fell and was under the 50-point mark.
