Hungary places 10th on Globalization Index

Hungary placed tenth among the world’s leading 60 economies on consultancy Ernst and Young’s fresh Globalization Index.
Compared with its peers in the Central and Eastern European region, Hungary was at the top of the list.
The Globalization Index 2011 shows the extent to which the world’s largest countries by GDP are connecting to the global economy. The index uses 20 separate indicators that capture the key aspects of cross-border integration of business.
