Govt to sign strategic cooperation agreement with Jabil Circuit unit

The local unit of American contract electronics manufacturer Jabil Circuit is the next company with whom the government of Hungary will sign a strategic cooperation agreement, a resolution published in the official gazette Magyar Közlöny shows.
Jabil Circuit Magyarország has a service centre in Szombathely, a production base in Tiszaújváros and an after-market service centre in Pécs. Since the summer, the government has signed strategic partnership agreements with the local units of Coca-Cola, Alcoa, Daimler, Suzuki, Hankook, General Electric, Microsoft, Stadler Rail, Tesco, IBM and Tata Consultancy Services, as well as with Hungarian drugmaker Gedeon Richter. It expects to sign about 40 such agreements.
