Forint softens on interbank market

The forint was trading at 311.08 to the euro at 5:30pm on Mondayʼs interbank forex market, down from 309.87 late on Friday.  The forint softened to 276.61 from 274.76 against the dollar. The forint weakened against the dollar during the early morning, it slightly rebounded in the next few hours, before again weakening throughout the rest of the day. The forint traded at 285.27 to the Swiss franc weakening from 283.86 on Friday. The forint was broadly stable in the early morning but shortly after midday it started to loose ground against the franc.
