Economy minister sacks state secretary - newspaper
National Economy Minister György Matolcsy has informed Zsolt Becsey, state secretary in charge of foreign trade and investment, of his dismissal, Magyar Hírlap daily said on Friday.
According to the paper, Becsey's post is to be integrated into an overall state secretariat in charge of economic affairs.
Since last year, the ministry has laid off 30% of its staff, the paper said.
