Competition office fines Vargha Gyógymód-Metodika

Analysis

Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH) reported today that it had fined Vargha Gyógymód-Metodika HUF 12 mln on charges of misleading advertising.

GVH said that it believes that Vargha Gyógymód-Metodika falsely attributed beneficial medical effects to its range of healthcare services offered under the name "Vargha Metodika".
