Competition office fines Phytotec on misleading advertising charges

Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH) today said it had fined Phytotec Hungária Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató close to HUF 2 mln on charges of misleading advertising, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
GVH said the company provided false information regarding the ingredients of its OTC medicine Esberitox and failed to label the product according to licensed instructions for use and this was shown in its product advertisements for almost a year.
