Competition office clears acquisition of Jet-Sol by Monicomp
Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH) today approved the acquisition of IT service provider Jet-Sol by OTP group member Monicomp, Hungarian news agency MTI reported today. Jet-Sol specializes in installing and operating banking and IT tools as well as printing services and logistics.
Although operations of Monicomp “slightly overlap” with the activities of Jet Sol, the competition office decided “the merger would not hinder market competition”, MTI said.
