42% of businesses expect higher sales in 2021

Entrepreneurs are confident about 2021, as 42% expect that this year's annual sales will increase compared to 2020, according to an analysis by the Institute for Economic and Business Research (GVI) of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK), writes novekedes.hu. 

According to the information, among companies expecting growth, the average rate of revenue growth expected by 2021 is 17% compared to 2020. 

Half of the businesses expect sales in 2020 to be lower than the previous year, with an average decline of 31%. More than a quarter of the companies saw that it would not change.
