No date set for continuation of negotiations with IMF
There is no date set for the continuation of negotiations between Hungary and the International Monetary Fund , the IMF's representative in Budapest Iryna Ivaschenko told MTI late Wednesday.
Ivaschenko said the timetable for the negotiations had not yet been decided, but she added that a short meeting would take place between the Hungarian delegation and the IMF's management at the international organization's annual meeting in Tokyo.
The annual meetings of the IMF and World Bank Group will take place in Tokyo on October 9-14.
Hungary is seeking precautionary financial assistance from the IMF and the European Union.
