Polish exports up almost 10% on year in Dec, institute says

According to a forecast by economists from the Polish National Chamber of Commerce (KIG), Poland's exports in December 2020 grew by 9.9% year-on-year, news agency PAP reports.
"The currently available data on the condition of the economy and opinions obtained from KIG members allow us to estimate that exports in December 2020 reached EUR 18.7 billion," KIG said in a report.
In monthly terms, exports fell by 17.4%. The authors of the report predict that Poland's exports in 2020 will drop by 0.6% year-on-year to EUR 232.9 billion.
