Kosovo trade gap shrinks in 2020

Kosovo's trade deficit decreased by 9.4% year-on-year to EUR 2.8 billion (USD 3.4 billion) in 2020, the country's statistical office said on Monday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Exports (FOB) rose by 23.4% year-on-year to EUR 474.96 million, while imports (CIF) decreased by 5.7% to EUR 3.3 billion in 2020.

In December alone, Kosovo's trade deficit increased by 0.3% yr/yr to EUR 309.2 million.
