Czech trade surplus declines in January

The Czech Republic's trade surplus decreased to CZK 6.159 billion (some EUR 244 million) in January from CZK 24.796 billion in the same month a year ago, data from the statistics agency showed on Wednesday.
In December, the trade balance showed a deficit of CZK 15.118 billion.
Exports grew 12.9% annually in January and imports gained 20.9%.
