Albania's trade gap expands in Jan

Albania's trade deficit increased by 14.7% year-on-year in January, to ALL 22 billion (USD 214.8 million), as imports rose faster than exports, the country's statistical office reported.

Exports rose 3.1% on the year to ALL 24 billion in the month under review, while imports increased 8.4% to ALL 45 billion.
