TriGranit signs €119m syndicated loan for Polish project
Hungarian majority-owned construction company TriGranit on Tuesday said it signed a €119m loan with a syndicate of banks to raise finance for a €250m project in the Polish city of Poznan.
The project includes a central railway and bus station as well as a shopping centre.
The banking syndicate included Bank Zachodni WBK, Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, Nordea Bank Polska SA, BRE Bank SA and HYPO NOE.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the 150,000sqm shopping centre is to be held on Tuesday after the signing of the loan.
The shopping centre is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013.
