Poles putting money in investment funds, report
Net inflows into Polish investment funds amounted to PLN 2.38 billion (€569 million) in April, the Warsaw Business Journal reported citing data published by the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA). The total inflows are not as high as the PLN 7.2 billion recorded in March, the IZFiA said, but the market continued to grow. According to the report, this was the seventh consecutive month that net inflows grew. A majority of the inflows, PLN 2.44 million gross, came from individual investors, the IZFiA said.
