Otthon Centrum issues HUF 2.9 bln bond under BGS

Real estate broker Otthon Centrum yesterday said it issued a HUF 2.9 billion bond under the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme (BGS) of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB), according to gazdasagportal.hu.
Bids for the 10-year bond, auctioned on April 15, came to HUF 5 bln. Average yield was 2.62%.
Otthon Centrum CEO György Kosztolánczy said proceeds from the issue "clear the way for further, dynamic development [... ] and create opportunity for foreign acquisition activity."
