OTP Bank launches HUF 500 bln bond program

OTP Bank on Friday announced launch of a HUF 500 billion bond program for 2011-2012.

OTP Bank will use the bonds to finance the group's business activities.

OTP Bank will request the bonds be listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, the Bratislava Stock Exchange, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Hungarian financial market regulator PSzÁF approved the issue prospectus on August 3.

OTP Bank launched in August of 2010 another HUF 500 billion bond program for 2010-2011.
