The National Bank of Hungary (MNB) on Tuesday published its updated mid-term strategy for oversight of the financial sector, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
While the focus of the 2020-2025 strategy remains maintaining stability and confidence, support for achieving environmental sustainability in the financial sector as well as for technology developments and the management of related risks are new elements.
The central bank and financial market regulator said the strategy was revisited in light of the start of the war in Ukraine.
