Exim launches factoring services

Exim, the joint aegis of Hungarian Export-Import Bank (Eximbank) and Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Company (MEHIB), announced that it would be expanding its credit program for exporters to include factoring, Hungrain news agency MTI reported today.

Exim is planning on offering revolving credit to participating lenders in order to make euro factoring available to exporting SMEs in Hungary. The new service is being launched jointly with the Hungarian Factoring Association and its partner credit institutions: CIB Bank, Erste Bank, MKB Bank, OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Bank.
