Czech Foreign Debt Decreased Slightly in Q2

Czech Republic's foreign debt decreased by CZK 64 billion (some EUR 2.6 billion) in the second quarter of 2022, lying at CZK 4.567 trillion (EUR 185.35 billion) at the end of June, according to the central bank.
However, in year-on-year terms, the country's foreign debt is CZK 338 billion higher than it was at the same time last year, preliminary data show cited by the Czech Radio.
The Czech Republic's foreign debt is currently equivalent to 74.3% of its GDP.
