ÁKK sells HUF 40 bln of three-month bills, in line with expectations

The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 40 bln in discount three-month T-bills at an auction today, in line with the original offer, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

Primary dealers submitted bids for HUF 164.7 bln of the T-bills.

The average yield was 1.79%, 11bp under the secondary market benchmark and 16bp lower than the yield at the previous auction of the bills one week earlier. Yields ranged between 1.70% and 1.84%.
