ÁKK sells HUF 27 bln of bonds at switch auction

The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 27 bln of bonds maturing in 2029 and 2034 accepting ones expiring in 2022 and 2023 as payment at a switch auction on Wednesday.

ÁKK sold HUF 8.5 bln of 2029/A bonds for 2022/B bonds, cutting its original offer by HUF 1.5 bln. Primary dealers bid to switch HUF 11.9 bln of the papers.

The agency also sold HUF 8.5 bln of 2029/A bonds for 2023/A bonds, HUF 1.5 bln under the original offer. Bids came to HUF 11.5 bln.

ÁKK sold HUF 10 bln of 2034/A bonds for 2023/C bonds, in line with its original offer. Bids reached HUF 14.1 bln.
