ÁKK sells HUF 26.5 bln in bonds
The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 26.5 billion of bonds maturing in 2029 and 2033 for ones expiring in 2023 and 2024 at a switch auction yesterday, according to data released on its website.
ÁKK sold HUF 9 bln of 2029/A bonds, accepting 2023/A bonds as payment. Primary dealers had bid to switch HUF 25.6 bln of the securities.
The agency also sold HUF 10.5 bln of 2033/A bonds for 2024/B bonds and HUF 7 bln of 2033/A bonds for 2023/C bonds. Bids for the securities came to HUF 23.6 bln and HUF 16.9 bln, respectively.
ÁKK had planned to switch HUF 6 bln of the 2029/A bonds, HUF 7 bln of the 2033/A bonds for 2024/B bonds and HUF 7 bln of the 2033/A bonds for 2023/C bonds.
