ÁKK sells HUF 25.5 bln of bonds at switch auction
The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 25.5 billion of bonds maturing in 2031, 2033, and 2034 for ones expiring in 2023 and 2024 at a switch auction on Wednesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
ÁKK sold HUF 9 bln of 2031/A bonds, accepting 2023/A bonds as payment. Primary dealers had bid to switch HUF 28.7 bln of the securities.
It sold HUF 10 bln of 2033/A bonds for 2024/B bonds, and HUF 6.5 bln of 2034/A bonds for 2024/B bonds. Bids for the securities came to HUF 30.5 bln and HUF 15.1 bln, respectively.
ÁKK had planned to switch HUF 7 bln of the 2031/A bonds, HUF 7 bln of the 2033/A bonds, and HUF 5 bln of the 2034/A bonds.
