ÁKK buys HUF 31.49 bln of bonds at reverse auction

Hungary’s Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) bought back a combined HUF 31.49 bln of bonds before maturity at a reverse auction today, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.

The ÁKK bought back HUF 17.39 bln of 2017/A bonds, which mature on November 24, 2017. Bids reached HUF 17.99 bln. 

The ÁKK also bought back HUF 14.10 bln of 2018/B bonds maturing on April 25, 2018. Bids reached HUF 19.97 bln.

The ÁKK planned to buy back HUF 5 bln of each of the bonds.
