ÁKK Auctions off HUF 46 bln of Securities
The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold a combined HUF 46 billion of securities at auction on Thursday, HUF 11 bln more than planned, state news wire MTI.
ÁKK sold HUF 26 bln of discount twelve-month T-bills, raising its original offer by HUF 6 bln after primary dealers bid for HUF 75.9 bln of the securities. The average yield was 13.88%, level with the secondary market benchmark but 49 bp over the yield at the previous auction of the bills two weeks earlier.
The agency sold HUF 20 bln of 10-year floating-rate bonds, HUF 5 bln over the original offer. Bids reached HUF 29.9 bln.
ÁKK sold a further HUF 4.6 bln of the floating-rate bonds at a non-competitive tender after the auction.
