Strong demand for K&H retail loans
Demand for K&H loans is strong, according to profitline.hu. The amount of disbursed home loans increased by 39% in the first four months of the year, while the overall market grew by only 7%.
In the case of so-called "baby waiting" loans, K&H achieved a 27% surplus, in contrast to the shrinking national market, and personal loans grew by 3%. Home renovation is an important goal for all loans, and there is a growing interest in a state-subsidized home modernization loan.
