There has been serious interest in the Széchenyi Card Program GO, renewed on July 1, at OTP Bank branches, writes profitline.hu.

Almost 1,000 companies have already submitted loan applications for state-subsidized loans with an interest rate of less than 0.5% at OTP Bank.

Since July 1, the credit institution has already concluded contracts for more than HUF 11 billion in loans under the renewed program, and another HUF 15 bln is being disbursed.

Customers are mostly looking for an overdraft facility to bridge liquidity difficulties, but free working capital loans are also popular.
