Raiffeisen Bank inaugurates bigger service center in Nyíregyháza
Austrian-owned Raiffeisen Bank inaugurated a new office building to accommodate the more than 400 staff at its service center in Nyíregyháza (207 km northeast of Budapest) on Tuesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The service center, established almost 10 years ago, manages telephone and video banking services, processes loan applications, and handles back-office tasks.
Raiffeisen Bank CEO György Zolnai said the center's staff take 10,000-15,000 calls per week, on average.
