PM seeks payback from companies for tax cuts
Hungarian companies have not yet reciprocated a big reduction in the tax burden with a greater propensity to pay tax due, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán told journalists on Friday.
Speaking after a meeting with President Pál Schmitt in the Sándor Palace, Viktor Orban said the authorities would crack down on tax evasion and tax fraud with regard to VAT, which continues to be a big problem.
