OTP offering HUF 15 mln condominium tender

OTP Bank has announced its condominium tender again this year, in which 20 residential communities can receive a total of HUF 15 million in non-refundable support, the financial institution said, according to origo.hu.
In the announcement, the head of the Micro and Small Business Department of OTP Bank, Bernadett Dancsné Engler, said more than 860 residential communities had applied last year.
The opportunity to apply again is open to any condominium or housing association in the country. It is not just open to joint representatives; residents with the power of attorney of the general assembly can also apply.
