Retail customers expect positive, future-oriented and problem-solving communication from their financial service provider in the new environment caused by the coronavirus epidemic, according to a recent online survey of CIB Bank's own customer base, writes profitline.hu.
According to the survey, now in its second year, the biggest fear of respondents remains that a family member will catch the coronavirus, while the younger generation is more concerned about financial security and the health of the older generation.
The majority of CIB Bank's retail customers, which are still in a credit moratorium, would rather repay again after September.
