Most using baby support loan for housing
The unbroken popularity of baby support loan is indicated by the fact that, according to the data of the National Bank of Hungary, in the first quarter of 2021 it took up 60% of the growth of the retail loan portfolio, writes business daily Világgazdaság.
Two thirds of applicants will use the baby saiting loan for some kind of housing purpose, such as purchase, or renovation.
This has also been the experience of OTP Bank, as their customers plan to borrow on this basis and to use further market constructions.
