Good awareness of multi-stage bank card ID process
Nine out of 10 credit card holders have already heard of the multi-stage identification that came into effect on January 1, writes economy website novekedes.hu.
According to a survey commissioned by OTP Bank, the majority of online shoppers will not have a problem with the new approval process.
Some 63% of the respondents did not require direct help from a bank administrator or acquaintance during the administration related to multi-stage identification, but learned the process themselves.
Only 11% turned directly to a bank clerk, while 9% asked for help from family members and acquaintances.
