Cards Linked to Youth Accounts Spending More in Summer

In the summer months, the turnover of bank cards linked to youth accounts increases significantly, K&H said this week, according to its own data, writes profitline.hu.
According to the data, young people had more than 33,000 cards at the end of August 2019, and almost 55,000 three years later, which is a 64% increase.
In the summer months of 2019, young people paid with their cards 833,000 times, a year later they used them more than 1 million times, and during last year's vacation they made close to 2.9 million card transactions.
In a three-year period, the number of transactions has therefore more than tripled.
