Banks are offering an average salary of more than HUF 550,000 net per month and, despite the burdens on them, they are looking for thousands of employees, writes hrportal.hu.

The list of vacant positions ranges widely, from experts in the fight against cybercrime to specialists managing sustainability risks to traditional bank branch clerks, according to an analysis from Bank360.hu.

The most typical areas with a labor shortage are IT, the legal and security department, and sales. In addition to traditional jobs, such as bank clerks or credit counselors, more banks are looking for experts in preventing Internet fraud.

Jobseekers with expertise in bank and data security, but especially in the fight against cybercriminals, can choose from the offers.

The fight against climate change and sustainability are also increasingly important for banks.
