Waberer's, the region's biggest road haulage group, announced yesterday it will transform its group structure into a holding company from the start of next year, daily Magyar Hírlap reported. Waberer's will put its 18 Hungarian units and its 8 foreign units into a holding company with 11 Hungarian units and 7 foreign units, Waberer's CEO György Waberer said. Waberer's had consolidated pre-tax profit of roughly Ft 1 billion on revenue of Ft 60.5 billion last year.
