Synergon board appoints new CEO

Hungarian IT company Synergon on Monday said its board elected Zoltán Jutasi the company's new CEO after a review of the past several months.
"The visible rationalization of operating costs and the organizational restructuring [of the company] convinced the board of directors to appoint Zoltán Jutasi, a manager with much experience, to head the company," said chairman Zoltán Jeszenszky.
Jutasi is a member of Synergon's board and the co-managing director of Synergon's system integration unit.
