Orco to invest €60 mln to build 770 apartments in Poland

Orco, a real-estate developer operating in central and eastern Europe, said it will build 770 apartments near the Polish city of Szczecin.

The Prague-based company said that the estimated cost of the investment is more than €60 million ($82 million). Current plans call for the first phase of the construction to start in the spring and be completed in 2009.
