The Austrian Aspöck Holding GmbH will establish its new Hungarian Ft 500 million (€2.13 million) production base in Bonyhád, Tolna county.

The company supplying the leading car manufacturers with lights and cables is building a production building and logistic center through an over half a billion green field investment.

The project will be realized by Aspöck Hungária Kft using its own funds and a Ft 160 million subsidy won through the tender of the Ministry of Labor.

Construction will start this summer and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The new plant is to solve Aspöck’s capacity problems. Production is to start in November at the latest with 130 employees; their number may reach 300 by the end of the Q1 in 2009. (Napi Gazdaság)
